A little about me…

I am a versatile French-speaking multi-tasker, highly experienced in all areas of entertainment, having worked on many diverse projects encompassing film, television, music and the world of entertainment. I have many years’ hands-on experience as a Unit Publicist; organizing film and television release/transmission campaigns and events; and ran a busy Press Office at most of the international festivals and markets.

My official PR CV…..

I began my PR career at DDA Public Relations and headed many UK release campaigns (including Grease, Rambo II, Postman Always Ring Twice, Breaking Glass, Quadrophenia, Plenty, Supergirl, The Amityville Horror, Amadeus [I then went on to work on all producer Saul Zaentz’s films on an international basis] and many more) working with actors and directors such as Jack Nicholson, Meryl Streep, John Travolta, Franco Zeffirelli, Harrison Ford, Milos Forman, Peter Bogdanovich, Sylvester Stallone, both in the UK and Los Angeles. After a twelve year stint at DDA I left and joined a smaller PR agency (JAC Publicity) where I concentrated on lower budget independent films which included What’s Eating Gilbert Grape (Johnny Depp, Leonardo di Caprio) and Mistress (Robert de Niro) where I liaised with international distributors and sales companies, orchestrated European junkets, and accompanied the leading actors and directors on tour.

I also became involved in UK television production, working as Programme Publicist for Yorkshire Television’s Heartbeat (8 years)- credited; and handled all the unit work and subsequent transmission campaigns for Lynda La Plante dramas which include Supply & Demand (2 series); The Governor (4 series); Trial & Retribution (5 series); The Commander (pilot episode). I also worked on TV dramas for producer Eileen Quinn (Monogram) on productions such as The Russian Bride (Lia Williams, Douglas Hodge, Sheila Hancock), and Bait (John Hurt, Sheila Hancock), as well as independent international television series’ such as The Wanderer starring Bryan Brown.

After a period of freelancing, I returned to DDA, working on major international campaigns for Warner Home Video which involved many events I organized in Cannes, Deauville and Los Angeles. I also headed up DDA’s in-house BAFTA Campaign office.

Whilst back at DDA, I also worked as a Unit Publicist on the following titles:

Over the years I have arranged and implemented a number of international junket tours and escorted many celebrities on European tours and London-based junkets, acting as their ‘PA/Personal Publicist’ taking care of their day to day professional needs and daily liaison with their publicists and/or agents.
